The paintable senotop
- film consists of 3 co-extruded, thermoplastic layers.
Back-foaming of senotop - paintbase films with amorphous thermoplastic has shown very good results to date. Currently Polyurethane (PU)-foaming-systems with long fibre injection (LFI) – processes are successfully in use.
The surface quality is determined by the paint-system. Good results could be reached with two-layer-paint-systems: Base-paint-layer & UV-clear-coat-layer. It is recommended to apply a protection film to safeguard the surface during further processing.
The key-advantage of the senotop - paint film: „Colour Matching“ - It is possible to combine painted parts of a car body with parts of a painted senotop - film as system parts.
